Human Capital & Organization

This is a paper on the structure of workplace skills and nature of human capital. It shows that the structure of the human skills carries information about the value of these skills, mobility and the capabilities at the aggregate-level entities such as regions.

Building on our nestedness framework on human capital structure, published in Nature Human Behavior, we articulate the role of soft skills in individuals' careers and work in organizations.

The project explores the structure of human knowledge and technological use in the workplace.
